A Vote of Her Own is a new musical celebrating Nashville’s pivotal role in the fight for women’s suffrage and the ratification of the 19th Amendment. The story features a powerful reenactment of the Tennessee League of Women Voters’ first official convention, brought to life with historic photographs in Act I, Scene II. The musical will run August 15-17, 2025 at Z. Alexander Looby Theatre (2301 Rosa L Parks Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37228).
