FY 24-25 League Activity Reports

After each of your League's activities please fill out the FY 24-25 LWV Activity Report (link below). These reports will capture the collective impact of our activities across the state. The reports will also capture much of the information required for the LWVUS Annual League Survey (ALS). For FY 24-25, the form has been revised to capture all activities on one form so skip the questions not relevant to the activity being reported. Major League efforts like VOTE411 should be reported monthly in order to capture the activity. Estimates are expected and are much preferable than no report!
