Join LWV Oak Ridge as they host University of TN-Knoxville Law Professor Valorie Vojdik.

Women received the right to vote over 100 years ago.  However, gender inequality is still pervasive in our Society.  Ms. Vojdik will discuss this gender inequality and the continuous challenges that women’s reproductive rights are now seeing in states and the Courts - particularly the SCOTUS which is seeing a recent and dramatic swing in opinion.
