LWV Knoxville hosts members only meeting on local and federal immigration policy

Our member meeting on Wednesday, March 12 from 6:30-8 in the Knoxville Public Works Service Center will cover local and federal immigration policy and its impacts on our immigrant community in Knoxville. We will hear from a panel of Knoxvillians about policy, personal stories, and community impacts. 

William Mendoza-Euceda will moderate the panel with speakers Dr. Meghan Conley, co-founder of Allies of Knoxville Immigrant Neighbors and UTK professor, Claudia Mata, community member and Centro Hispano employee, and Drocella Mugorewera, community member and speaker.
