Our annual business meeting is on June 14, preceding the monthly program presentation. During this brief business meeting, members elect the officers and board, approve the annual budget, and consider changes to the bylaws. It is essential that we complete these organizational responsibilities. We must have a quorum to do so.

All members should have received an email titled ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING 2026 by now. It will have a PDF attachment with the information for you. 

Remember, we need a quorum of members (people who have paid dues) to have an official vote, so we are very eager to have you there!  Then we will proceed to our educational program on the Declaration of Independence.

Non-members are welcome to attend this meeting before our usual program, they just cannot vote.
