The League of Women Voters of Central New Mexico is sharing their findings regarding “Spent Nuclear Fuel Storage Safety.”  Since Tennessee is one of the 35 other states with spent nuclear fuel storage installations, LWVTN is invited to begin the process of joining in concurrence with their position.  The Tennessee league has no formal position on this specific issue at this time.

This presentation will provide background information should we, as a state league, choose to pursue concurrence. The presentation will include opportunities to ask questions fielded  by LWVNM Directors and Nuclear Engineers, Bobbi Merryman and Karen Douglas.
